Crystal Apple Award Ticket FAQ

 

Q: How do I buy a ticket for the Crystal Apple Awards?
A: Tickets can be purchased at the Elsinore Theatre Box Office, by phone with a credit card by calling (503) 375-3574, online at www.ticketswest.com, and all TicketsWest locations. The Elsinore is located at 170 High Street, SE, Downtown Salem. Nominees will receive two complimentary tickets and sponsors will receive complimentary tickets commensurate with their contribution levels.

 

Q: How much does a ticket cost?
A: Tickets are $15.00 per person (there is also a service fee for tickets purchased from TicketsWest). The price is the same no matter where you sit in the theatre.

 

Q: When will I receive my ticket?
A: Tickets ordered over the phone of online will be available at Will Call for pick up at the Elsinore in advance at your convenience, or the night of the event. Paper tickets can be purchased before the event at the Elsinore or at any TicketsWest location.

 

Q: When do ticket sales begin?
A: Tickets sales open to the public on Wednesday, October 1, 2008. For best seating or for group seating options, it is recommended that you purchase tickets early.

 

Q: Where will I sit in the theatre?
A: All seating is reserved, and by ticket only. Consult the Elsinore seating chart online at www.elsinoretheatre.com or call the Theatre at (503) 375-3574 for more information.

 

Q: How do nominees get their tickets?
A: Nominees and sponsors will receive their tickets by mail, by Monday, October 15. Please consult with the nominee as to their seat location if you wish to be seated near them. Nominees will be seated on the main floor.

 

Q: Can we all sit together?
A: If you want to sit as a group, it is recommended that one person go to the theatre and purchase a block of seats. The nominee and the Elsinore will know the location of their seats if you want to sit near them.

 

Q: Will there be wheelchair accessible seating available?
A: A limited amount of accessible seating is available. Please contact the Elsinore Box Office directly at (503) 375-3574 to obtain these seats.

 

Q: My tickets are supposed to be together, but are not numbered together. Why is that?
A: The Elsinore seating does not go in number order. For example, seat 3 and 5 are next to each other. Consult the Elsinore seating chart online at www.elsinoretheatre.com or call the Theatre at (503) 375-3574 for more information.

 

Q: Will tickets be available at the door?
A: To ensure seat availability, please purchase tickets in advance. However, tickets will be available at the door on a first-come basis for all remaining seating.
